Art Therapy for Teens
Art therapy is the process of utilizing the creative and/or artistic process to express and communicate what one might not be able to express or communicate verbally. All art is expressive. When using art in therapy I encourage participants to experience the expression, the emotion and feeling in their work of art, whether the expression/art/emotion comes in the form of paint, crayons, music or clay.
At times one may not have the words to communicate how they are feeling particularly during adolescence when emotions seem to be intense and at times confusing.
Cost is $25.00 per session per person. Space is limited to 8 participants. Call now to join Art Therapy for Teens or for information on art therapy for adults.
